2016 ISRA Annual Conference

The mission of the Indiana State Reading Association (ISRA) is to promote and support reading in Indiana by continuously advancing the quality of literacy instruction through effective teaching practice. Their goal is to promote and advocate life-long readers, increase influence and visibility statewide in support of reading and develop and maintain an effective organization of literacy professionals promoting and supporting reading. Like every year ISRA is organizing its annual conference on September 17, 2016 in Noblesville, IN. The theme of the conference is literacy, engaging learners, and celebrating Hoosier teachers. Join in the 2016 ISRA Conference which is a one-day event held at Noblesville High School.

GrapeSEED now is being used by Elkhart Community Schools, Goshen Community Schools, East Allen County Schools and other school districts in Indiana. We look forward to continuing our work with the state’s schools to promote literacy for all English learners, including English Language Learners (ELL) students, English as a Second Language (ESL) students, and other Limited English Proficiency (LEP) students and struggling readers.
